One: They're stripy
Two: They're exactly the right length to wear with flat shoes - no wedges or alterations needed
Three: They're comfy
Four: They cover up pasty legs
Five: They cover up bristly legs
Six: They look perfect with a simple white t-shirt
Seven: They have pockets
Eight: They don't need ironing
Nine: They're cool (the breeze just whistles through them)
Nine: They're affordable
Ten: And now even more affordable because I've just spied they're in the sale!
The reason why Mr. B and my Little Man are less excited about them:-
One: They look like pyjamas
There's a lovely selection of wide-leg trousers and Palazzo pants out there at the moment. What's the difference? Palazzo pants tend to be more flowy / billowy and flare out from the waist. They also tend to be longer, making them look a touch more glamorous than your standard wide-leg trews.
If you're thinking of treating yourself to either, I would recommend you start your search at either Zara or H&M as they have a great choice.
